We are open odd hours to provide preventive, routine, and urgent care, as well as grooming that fits your busy schedule (see hours). In an effort to keep our reception area as quiet and stress-free as possible we ask that when you arrive at BVH you call our check-in phone at 252.240.9173 (printed on the large banners in our parking lot) to check in and remain in your car until we call you into the building for your appointment. This has significantly reduced the stress levels in all of our patients (and most clients too). Thank you for your cooperation.
